I help students improve their movement, get out of pain and get back to living the life they want.

 

If you have pain or discomfort regularly, whether from an activity, exercise or accident, you’ve come to the right place. The path to injury prevention and healing involves a deeper level of awareness for movement, breath and stillness.  

 

 My clients reach goals they didn’t feel were possible such as:

~ Moving through daily life pain free.

~ Participating in a favorite activity or sport without tension and strain.

~ Getting back into shape w/ a customized home practice.

 

Our muscle patterns change based on the physical and emotional load we carry in our lives. Gaining a greater awareness for this allows us to honor our current breathing and muscle movement patterns, a true starting place for healing.

 

I work with clients of all ages with varying physical abilities and conditions to reach their goals. It is my passion to share healing techniques and help individuals live a healthier and happier life!
