Dive deeper into the philosophy of yoga in a community that is open and supportive.
This program will explore the first two limbs of yoga through Deborah Adele's book The Yamas & Niyamas; Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice.
Details: We'll come together with 2 live Zoom meetings and a group discussion via email. Each week you'll receive a short video including discussion topics from the reading to reflect on and a restorative yoga pose. We'll post our "aha's" from the week and share in each other's findings.
Movement, Mechanics & Meditation – Video Library Exploration ~ Coming in Jan 2021
This 6-week program is designed for you to do at home. It includes different practices combining movement mechanics, myofascial release, and meditation. We explore how the body parts move in relation to each other, how efficient the movement is, and add in more complexity.
This series primarily looks at the lower body focusing on lower back, hips, legs, feet, and side body. Although this does not replace working together one-on-one, it does deepen your exploration of your movement patterns and will grow your awareness for how you are bringing strain or tension into your body.

Rolling Workshop ~ Coming Soon
Learn rolling techniques to release tight, tense, hard to reach muscles. Using different size rolling balls to customize release for fascial lines and muscles. If you currently use a roller, you'll be amazed at the effectiveness of smaller balls as a rolling tool.

Improve your function. This is a practical workshop that will teach movements you can do at home to improve hip mobility and reduce compensatory movement patterns relieving lower back and knee pain. When our hips and legs move well, we have greater function and stay pain free. Come and learn how limitations in hip mobility can cause instability, lower back and/or knee pain.
